Hey – I’m Carol Lukens creator of Gangsta Granola. 

Not gonna lie, Gangsta Granola came about in the most random way!  I love granola, but every brand I found in stores was loaded with sugar or packed with “not so good” ingredients. So I decided to bake my own — something fresh, delicious, and made with the ingredients I love. After a lot of trial and error in the kitchen, a little magic happened.

I shared my blend with family and friends, and they couldn’t get enough. That’s when I thought, why not take this to the farmers markets? My good friend Megan got on board and we came up with the name and the vibe: Gangsta
Granola — Baked with Attitude.

Fast‑forward a year and a half, and we’ve been selling out week after week, building a crew of loyal “Gangstas” who keep coming back for more.
